According to sources, John Brown is expected to sign a three-year contract.

Moses Barda of One was the first to report the news about both sides being on the verge of reaching a deal.

Per BasketNews sources, Anadolu Efes Istanbul were also after John Brown.

A 30-year-old forward is coming off an outstanding EuroLeague rookie experience.

He averaged 10.3 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists, and 2.8 steals in 25 EuroLeague appearances for UNICS Kazan.

Brown set a single-game record in the EuroLeague with seven steals vs. the regular-season leaders FC Barcelona. Forward had seven games with at least five steals.

His highest-scoring game of the season was in Barcelona (21 PTS). He also hit the 20-point mark twice over Barcelona and the reigning champion Anadolu Efes Istanbul.
