In the end, Partizan NIS Belgrade stayed in the best-of-five final series, making it 1-2.
The 21-year-old Yam Madar was the youngest player on the court, experiencing all the chaos for the first time in his career.
He finished the duel with 7 points (2/5 2PT, 3/4 FT), 2 rebounds, 1 steal, and 6 PIR over 14 playing minutes.
After the game, Madar was impressed by everything that was taking place on and off the court.
"It's crazy... it's really crazy," Madar admitted to the media, via MozzartSport, and then continued on the atmosphere. "I've never played a game like this. I've never experienced anything like it. An experience of a lifetime."
As stated by the player, the pressure was huge on Partizan players' shoulders.
"We had no other option but to win and we did our best. In a situation where the whole season is on the line, we had to leave our hearts on the floor. A great victory for us that shows our character," Madar spoke.
The referees left the court in Belgrade with 00:57 to play in the fourth quarter. Partizan were up by 3 after Kevin Punter's clutch three, 68-65.
"It was their decision to suspend the match. I honestly couldn't think too much about the reasons why they did that. It was important to stay focused and do the job until the end," he concluded.
