"I can describe this victory as great enthusiasm," Galatasaray head coach Andreas Pistiolis told after the game. "Beating this team is really important. They are the current EuroLeague champions. They have very good players and a great coach."

"Sometimes victory becomes even more valuable if you think about who you beat," the coach explained. "Fighting against this team is very important to us. It is very important for our fans, for each other, to get this win here."

"If you look at the distribution of minutes, you will see that we use a deeper rotation. To be honest, I feel guilty for not being able to play more of my players," Pistiolis continued. "I believe in all of my players. I have confidence in all of my players. Everyone understands that there is a commitment to the team."

Asked about the upcoming crucial Game 5, Pistiolis was in a determined mood.

"This is a win-or-go-home game. We have to play that match at our best," Galatasaray's head coach concluded.

On the other side, Anadolu Efes head coach Ergin Ataman, who has recently gathered attention from NBA clubs for a coaching position, was not his usual self and did not provide a lengthy comment.

"It's a good series. I congratulate the Galatasaray team," Ataman told after the game. "They used the post very well today. Galatasaray fans also created a great atmosphere. It was a very good match. I don't need to mention the bad things. Unfortunately, everyone saw it."

The decisive Game 5 of the semifinal series is scheduled on Saturday in Sinan Erdem Dome. The winner of the series will meet Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul in the final.
