Real MadridstarSergio Llull might miss Game 2 of the ACB semifinal series which will be played in Madrid on Saturday, according to AS.com.

The Spaniard played four minutes yesterday before retiring to the locker room while touching the inside of his right leg. He spent the rest of the game exercising on the exercise bike first and following the game with his teammates on the bench afterwards.

Real Madrid have been dealing with a series of bad luck in terms of injuries for a long time now, but especially at the point guard position. The first was Carlos Alocen, with a torn ACL that will keep him sidelined at least till the next season. Nigel Williams-Goss got injured in the EuroLeague semifinal against FC Barcelona, right at the start of the game. And Pablo Laso's decision to keep out of rotation Thomas Heurtel has left the position even more abandoned.

As if all that were not enough, and now that Madrid are playing for the last title in the Spanish League, the number of injuries is growing. In addition to the absence of Alberto Abalde, who has been playing as a point guard in recent weeks and who was unable to play in the first game against Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz due to foot problems, there is an absence of Sergio Llull, the last true point guard left in the squad.

Laso's words in the press conference after the victory did not exactly bring out the optimism.

"I can't say anything about Llull, we'll evaluate tomorrow. In the situation of playoff games, we are not optimistic as he has not been able to play today," commented the head coach.

Their opponents Baskonia also experience issues in same position. Coach Neven Spahija, confirmed that his star, Wade Baldwin, had played with some discomfort. It is unclear if he will be able to play at full strength in the next game.
