At the end of the game, Panathinaikos head coach Georgios Vovoras was really angry and had to be contained while screaming at the referees.

But in the fourth quarter, Panathinaikos just couldn't keep up anymore. Larisa went on a 13-0 run and kept Panathinaikos scoreless in the last 5 minutes of the game, securing a key victory to force the series to Game 5.

In the second half, Larisa took again control of the game offensively. Theodoros Zaras was instrumental from the perimeter, finishing the game with 17 points. Larisa entered the final quarter with a two-point lead (52-50)

Larisa began the game in a strong way, limiting Panathinaikos to only 11 points in the first quarter, and relying on the offensive production of Stefan Moody, who had 8 points in the first half. But after struggling in the first 10 minutes, Panathinaikos reacted well in the second period. Papapetrou and Kaselakis carried the offensive load in the second quarter and Panathinaikos went to the locker room with a one-point lead (30-29).

For Panathinaikos, the top scorers were Ioannis Papaetrou and Daryl Macon Jr, both with 12 points.

For Larisa, on the other hand, the top scorer was Theodoros Zaras with 17 points (2/3 2PT, 4/6 3PT, 1/1 FT), 2 rebounds, and 1 assist.
