Fenerbahce's big man Devin Booker won a claim against his former club, Khimki Moscow Region, in Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT).

You can find the full report here.In June 2020, Booker and Khimki signed a contract with a net salary of USD 1,250,000.00. This money was supposed to be paid in 10 months by monthly installments of USD 125,000.00.
However, Khimki was generally late in payment of the agreed monthly salary.
So, BAT decided that the Russian club will have to pay Booker 712,424.74 US dollars of unpaid salary.
Moreover, Khimki was ordered to pay Booker 13,000.00 euros in respect of his legal fees and expenses.
Today, BAT also released a case of Andrea Trinchieri and Partizan Belgrade, in which the Italian coach won a 6-figure sum.
