The NBA commissioner Adam Silver when asked about the Boston Celtics fans' chants by Boston's TV station WCVB, had different views than the Golden State Warriors players and head coach Steve Kerr.

Silver focused on the positive rather than the negative and enjoyed Boston's energy.
"I love the energy that the Boston Celtics fans bring to the game," added Silver.
The Warriors criticized the Celtics fans after Game 3 of the NBA Finals, where disrespectful chants in the TD Garden were heard. Many of these chants at Wednesday's game were directed at the Warriors' forward Draymond Green.
Green has responded to the chants by stating that he is winning the mental game vs Boston fans.
"Because you're in their head," Green said. "It's all how you look at it. They're going to spend all their time focused on me, then clearly, you're living rent-free in their head. It's all in their head."
Warriors star Klay Thompson also had responded to the chants, saying it did not bother him but did not think it was fitting.
"[The crowd] was not a factor. We played in front of rude people before, dropping F-bombs with children in the crowd. Real classy. Good job, Boston," said Thompson.
Warriors head coach Steve Kerr had a similar reaction to Thompson's and had this to say about the chants:
"Classy. Very classy," shortly commented Kerr.
The TD Garden had a soldout crowd of 19,156 fans for Wednesday's Game 3, where the Celtics won and went up 2-1 in the Finals. It will likely be a similar atmosphere for Game 4, which is set for Friday at the TD Garden.
