When asked at the postgame press conference about his streak ending, Curry did not think it was important and was just happy with the win.
"I've never been happier about 0 for whatever night," said Curry, who went 0 of 9 from the 3-point line.
The Warriors are just one win away from becoming the NBA champions, but the next game will be played at TD Garden in Boston. Curry sees it as an exciting opportunity to finish the series in Game 6.
"It's exciting... it's not going to be easy," said Curry. "We know that building is a different environment, but we had a great win there in Game 4," added Curry.
Curry liked his team's energy in the last two games and talked about how important it will be in the next one.
"Our energy, especially these last two games, has been amazing on both ends of the floor, and that's all you want," said Curry. "An opportunity to play hopefully the best game of the year in terms of focus, intensity, execution, and know what one more win means."
The Warriors are now in control of the series with a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven series, but Game 6 will be played in Boston on Friday at 3 am CET.
