If the All-Star guard decides to stay, he is eligible for a five-year deal totaling roughly $200 million. The free-agency negotiation period opens on June 30.
LaVine has spent 5 seasons with the Bulls, making the playoffs last season for the first time in his career. The Bulls' guard has averaged 24.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game this past season.
As previously reported, the Bulls are looking to trade for Rudy Gobert, who might be leaving Utah after head coach Quin Snyder's departure.
That would likely mean that Bulls' starting center Nikola Vucevic would be traded.
