Real Madrid players were clearly unhappy with the refereeing in Game 2 of the Spanish league finals.

Real's guard Nigel Williams-Goss, who couldn't help his teammates on the court due to injury, expressed his disappointment on Twitter.

"Refs give them the game again… Unbelievable. I don't understand this at all! Let the teams decide who wins and loses!" he tweeted.

Real players complained about refereeing throughout the entire game.

There were at least two occasions at the last minute of the regulation where Walter Tavares had reasonable doubts over referees' decisions.

Firstly, Tavares tied the game 69-69 through Brandon Davies' contact, but the referees didn't call a foul on defense.

Later, he blocked Cory Higgins' layup, but referees sent Barcelona's guard to the free-throw line. As it was shown on the replay, Tavares barely touched Higgins.

After the game, Tavares shared this replay on Twitter.

Higgins made both free throws (71-69), and Barcelona tied the best-of-five series 1-1.

TV camera's caught Real's forward Guerschon Yabusele aggressively approaching one of the referees, Emilio Perez, straight after the final whistle.

Later he went on his social media account as well: "Unbelievable… this really need to stop." The Frenchman was dominant under the baskets and finished the match with 16 points, 11 rebounds, and 21 PIR.

Real's players shared more videos with questionable calls after the match.

However, coach Chus Mateo did not want to comment on refereeing in the post-game conference.

"We are not talking about the referees. We play basketball. During the game, you try to assess with them [officials] if their calls are correct. They are the bosses in the match. They evaluate whether it was a foul or not. It's part of the game."

Game 3 will be played in Madrid on June 17 (Friday). It starts at 21:00 CEST.
