According to Mozzartsport, Yam Madar and Balsa Koprivica will try to fight for an NBA contract by playing in the upcoming Summer League, to be held in Utah between 5 and 7 July.

The Israeli guard, now 21, played in the summer league with the Boston Celtics last summer, after having been drafted with the 47th pick. In the 2021 Summer League, Madar averaged 4.7 points, 1.7 rebounds and an assist per game. He scored eight points (4/6 from the field) in 17 minutes against the Atlanta Hawks in his Summer League debut.

The Israeli international played 33 games in his first year in the ABA league with Partizan, averaging 7.0 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2.2 assists.

According to Israeli portal Israel Hayom, in case Madar does not receive an NBA offer, the plan is for him to continue his further development in Partizan under Zeljko Obradovic, since he has an active contract with the black and whites for the next season as well.

Before leaving for the United States, Madar will play two FIBA World Cup qualifiers against Poland and Estonia at the end of the month.

Balsa Koprivica, 22, played in America for years, where he changed three high school teams: NSU, Windermere and Montverde, until joining Florida State in 2019. He was selected with the 57th overall pick by the Charlotte Hornets in the 2021 NBA draft and traded to the Detroit Pistons for Mason Plumlee and JT Thor, the 37th overall pick of the 2021 draft.

In August 2021, he joined the Pistons for the NBA Summer League.

Partizan can certainly be happy with the fact that both players are under long-term contracts, which means that in case they moved to the States, the club would receive high compensation.
