The EuroLeague's top scorer Vasilije Micic remains a hot name on the NBA trade market.

While OKC hold Micic's draft rights, Nikola Jokic is a driving factor in Denver Nuggets' interest to obtain the Serbian point guard, via Jake Fischer of Bleacher Report.

As reported earlier, the San Antonio Spurs, Milwaukee Bucks, and Chicago Bulls were named as legitimate suitors for Micic as well.

Vasilije Micic was selected by the Philadelphia 76ers with the 52nd pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, but his rights were traded to Oklahoma in 2020.

The 28-year-old averaged 18.2 points, 4.6 assists, 2.7 rebounds, and 17.5 PIR over 34 EuroLeague games this past season.

The guard was the top scorer in the tournament and won the Alphonso Ford Award. Moreover, he racked the EuroLeague Final Four MVP honors.

Micic recorded 19.0 points, 5.5 assists, 4.0 rebounds, and 17.0 PIR in a two-game span asAnadolu Efes Istanbul became the back-to-back champions of the EuroLeague.

"I cannot say that I am such a close friend with Nikola [Jokic] because he lives in his own world. He is so unique person, first of all. He is such a humble guy and I cannot understand how he manages that, how he handles that attention that he has because he is the best player in the world.

He makes such a small country like Serbia so recognizable and so famous and I am just trying from the shadow to support his achievements and make it even bigger," Micic responded when BasketNews asked about his and Jokic's relationship and two MVP accolades, which belong to Serbs.
