The 26-year-old Vezenkov spent his previous four seasons with Olympiacos. Last season Vezenkov made the EuroLeague final four with Olympiacos and averaged 13.7 points, 5.9 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 17.8 PIR per game.
The Bulgarian-Greek forward was the 57th pick in the 2017 NBA Draft but never played in the NBA.
After the trade, the Cavaliers now have four picks in tonight's draft: 14, 39, 49, and 56.
