The club has officially announced about the signing of the former FC Barcelona center to a two-year deal.

"Brandon is an athletic, modern player, who can shoot and has big-time EuroLeague experience, so we feel that his addition will improve the level of our group of big men," Olimpia Milan's general manager Christos Stavropoulos said.

"I'm excited to be here and play for the Italian Champions. I can't wait to start working alongside this group of guys. See you all soon," Davies said following the announcement.

Davies averaged 9.9 points and 3.7 rebounds for the Catalan powerhouse during the EuroLeague season this year. Before arriving in Barcelona, Davies was a Zalgiris Kaunas star, where he was named to the All-EuroLeague First Team and helped the team clinch a Final Four berth in 2018.

Kevin Pangos and Johannes Voigtmann, who Armani are also heavily targeting, are currently stranded in Russia with existing contracts with CSKA Moscow. The club doesn't want the players to leave freely, and the Italian powerhouse faces similar difficulties Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv experienced while trying to hire Xavi Pascual from Zenit Saint Petersburg.
