The Denver Nuggets declined the team option on the Argentinian point guard Facundo Campazzo and made him a free agent.

NBA's free agency will begin at 6 pm ET on Thursday (12 am on Friday CEST). Campazzo now has no ties to any NBA team and can choose freely between the options he gets.

According to Juanma Rubio from as.com, the point guard will seek a new accommodation in the NBA, but there are also chances he will return to Real Madrid if no offer he likes is presented in the NBA.

The 31-year-old Campazzo has spent his previous two years with the Nuggets after leaving Real.

With Real, Campazzo has won two EuroLeague titles, three Spanish ACB titles, and two Spanish Cups.

Last season the 1.79-meter tall Campazzo averaged 5.1 points, 3.4 assists, 1.8 rebounds, and 1.0 steal per game in 65 contests for the Nuggets.
