Jock Landale was recently traded alongside Dejounte Murray from the San Antonio Spurs to the Atlanta Hawks. Now, the Phoenix Suns are acquiring the Australian big man from Atlanta, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

The 26-year-old Landale averaged 4.9 points and 2.6 rebounds in his debut NBA season over 54 games.
After going undrafted in the 2018 NBA Draft out of Saint Mary's College, the Aussie signed with Partizan Belgrade and entered All-Adriatic League Team in 2019.
He continued his European stint with a year at Zalgiris Kaunas. There he made a EuroLeague debut and won the domestic title of the Lithuanian Basketball League.
Landale found his way back to his home country in December 2020 when he would lead the National Basketball League's (NBL) Melbourne United to a 3-0 sweep in the championship series against the reigning champions, Perth Wildcats.
During the series, he averaged 14.7 points and 11.0 rebounds per game, and was named NBL Grand Final MVP.
Landale also represented the Australian national team in the Tokyo Olympics last summer. He won the bronze medal in the prestigious tournament, while the Boomers climbed on the winners' podium for the first time in history.
