American shooting guard Marcus Denmon has signed a one-year contract to join Peristeri BC, the team announced.

In the 2017-2018 season, the 32-year-old played for Panathinaikos Athens. In the EuroLeague, he played in 28 games and averaged 5.6 points and 1 rebound per game that season.

Last season, Denmon played for Aliaga Petkim Spor in Turkey, where he averaged 12 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game in the Turkish League.

The Champions League team already has 5 foreign players signed and have only one spot left for a foreigner.

Earlier this off-season Peristeri signed the Greek legend Vassilis Spanoulis to be their new head coach. It will be Spanoulis' first season as a coach.
