Malone told Mike Singer of the Denver Post that in a recent five-on-five scrimmage the Nuggets' star guard had the most intensity since last year's brutal injury.
"He was mobile, agile, hostile, versatile. … He looked comfortable. He looked confident. That's the most important thing," said Malone
Murray missed the entire 2021-2022 season in his recovery from the ACL injury.
During the 2020-2021 season, the 1.90-meters tall guard averaged 21.2 points, 4.8 assists, and 4 rebounds in 48 games until he got injured.
Murray has spent all of his six years in the league with the Nuggets, who drafted him 7th overall in the 2016 NBA draft.
