1.80-meter tall Jackson-Cartwright last season in German League has averaged stunning numbers of 19.3 points, 7.4 assists, and 3.4 rebounds per game.
It was the second season in Europe for the American guard, who spent a season prior to that with the Saint-Quentin BB in the second division of France.
ASVEL head coach T.J. Paker commented about his new player after the signing.
"Parker is a player with impressive progress over the last two seasons," said the coach.
"He will bring us his aggressiveness in the transition game where his speed with the ball in hand is very difficult to contain," added T.J. Parker.
