As Raznatovic wrote, Micov said goodbye to basketball with the following words:

"For the past 21 years, I have had the privilege of making my work a game, of winning, losing, learning, pushing the limits, and breaking my own records after defeat.

Every time it was an honor, a privilege, and a pleasure to go out on the court and just play basketball. I have been fortunate to work side by side with some of the best coaches and players I know.

After two decades, twelve clubs, eight cities, and seven countries, I leave the game fulfilled and satisfied. I don't regret anything. With this last season, I've come full circle.

Thank you to everyone who has been there for me in any way at any time."

Micov played his last season with Buducnost Podgorica. The Serbian forward is a champion of many European national championships (Montenegro, Serbia, Russia, Italy). He is also a winner of the EuroCup in 2016 with Galatasaray Istanbul. In total, Micov has won 16 trophies.

He will be remembered as a very intelligent basketball player, but above all as a great shooter. He has 246 appearances in the EuroLeague, averaging 9.7 points per match.

He made 332 three-pointers in elite competition (41.9% accuracy) and ranks 23rd on the all-time list.
