James was the leader and go-to guy for Monaco that defied the expectations to reach the EuroLeague playoffs this past season.

The 31-year-old guard ranked third in the EuroLeague in both scoring (16.4 PPG) and assists (5.8 APG) and was 10th in steals (1.2 SPG) last season.

The former NBAer also entered the All-EuroLeague First Team with an average of 18.0 PIR.

Mike James was the MVP of the season candidate, scoring at least 20 points in 13 games.
