AS Monaco officially announced the signing of Elie Okobo on a 2-year deal.

"Monaco is a very competitive team, we have seen it they were very short of reaching for the Final Four," Okobo said in the club's statement. "This year with ASVEL, I was able to taste this competition. The Final Four is something I want. And I know that this team has the capabilities."
According to BasketNews sources, top EuroLeague teams, including Fenerbahce Istanbul, FC Barcelona, Maccabi Tel Aviv, and Virtus Bologna, were closely following Okobo's situation.
Okobo, the no. 31 overall pick of the 2018 NBA draft, had a solid EuroLeague debut.
He was the 6th best scorer in the entire competition, averaging 14.5 points (2FG: 51.5%; 3FG: 36.8%), 2.8 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 13.5 PIR in 27 minutes.
Okobo reached his career-high against Panathinaikos, scoring 35 points on 13 of 19 shooting.
