Nikola Kalinic successfully passed his medicals at FC Barcelona and officially completed the move to the Spanish powerhouse.

The Serbian forward shared his thoughts on joining the team with the club's press team.

"Barcelona is one of the biggest clubs and sports organizations in the world," Kalinic said. "It is an honor to be here, and I am proud. I hope everything will go well, and we will have a lot of success."

Asked about the expectations before the upcoming season, Barcelona's newcomer highlighted the celebrations at the end of the campaign.

"I expect a long season, many games, ups and downs, injuries, defeats, and great victories. I hope for a big celebration at the end," he continued.

In Palau Blaugrana, Kalinic will also meet a well-known face - his longtime Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul teammate Jan Vesely.

"It is a privilege to play with such players," Kalinic noted. "I spent five years with Vesely in Fenerbahce, we are good friends, and I know him very well. The other guys are also great, they are big names in the basketball world."

Finally, Kalinic promised he would give his best to help the club achieve victories.
