The length of the contract is not specified in the press release, but according to BasketNews sources, the Greek forward signed a 2-year deal.

Meanwhile, MozzartSport reports that Panathinaikos owed Papapetrou €300 000 in wages, but the player agreed to forgive it, so Partizan wouldn't pay his €400 000 buyout fee to the Greens.

For the 28-year-old Papapetrou, it will be his first experience abroad in his professional basketball career.

Last season, Papapetrou averaged 12.0 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 11.0 PIR in 23 EuroLeague games.

Papapetrou became Partizan's fifth signing after Danilo Andjusic, Dante Exum, James Nunnally, and Mathias Lessort.
