Armani Exchange Milan is expected to send Italian prospect Giordano Bortolani, who's under a multi-year contract with the club, on loan to the Spanish side BAXI Manresa, sources told BasketNews and Spanish reporter Oscar Herreros.

Bortolani alsoreceived interest from Darussafaka and a couple of Italian clubs, a source told BasketNews, but in the end, Manresa's option was the best one for him.

The 21-year-old guard will continue to play in the Basketball Champions League, where he already shined in the past season with Nutribullet Treviso.

Bortolani averaged 14.7 points per game last season and was named the Best Young Player of the competition.
