This past season Malik Monk was on the Los Angeles Lakers and had a chance to see how the team's Big 3 of LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Russell Westbrook played together up close.

Monk had a great personal season on the Lakers, where he averaged 13.8 points, 3,4 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game, and signed a contract with the Sacramento Kings earlier this summer.

The 24-year-old guard was asked about the recent news that the Lakers Big 3 had a phone conversation during which they committed to making it work next season.

According to Monk, this conversation shows that the three Lakers stars will be able to play on the same team successfully during the upcoming season.

"They grown men," Monk said, per TMZ. "Especially when they have convos like that, it'll work out for them. They all great," added the new Kings' guard.
