NBA stars once again took the court in Seattle this weekend.
Atlanta Hawks stars Trae Young, Dejounte Murray, and John Collins, who represented The Dream Team, combined for 103 points in Sunday's game at The CrawsOver, a pro-am league based in Seattle.
The Dream Team won the game 126-121 against the Sonics, represented by EuroLeague star Mike James.
The exhibition provided several show-stopping highlights from the Hawks' new trio, including an off-the-backboard alley-oop from Young (37 points, 13 assists) to Murray (39 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists) and several lobs from Murray to Collins (27 points, 17 rebounds).
Sunday's game capped an exciting weekend of pro-am basketball. On Saturday, the top two picks in the 2022 NBA Draft, Paolo Banchero and Chet Holmgren teamed up in The CrawsOver, where they combined for 84 points at Jamal Crawford's pro-am league in Seattle.
Played at the Royal Brougham Pavilion gym, The Crawsover is home for basketball in Seattle, Banchero's hometown. Seattle used to have an NBA team in the SuperSonics which was moved in 2008 and became theOklahoma City Thunder.
Asked whether the league should expand in Seattle, Bancherowas confident in an interview. "It's a great city, the fans there are crazy. If you get a team in Seattle, they'll automatically be a top … not the top, but a top fanbase," he said. "Those games would be sold out right away."
