Pacers sign Deividas Sirvydis / News - Basketnews.com

After an impressive Las Vegas summer league performance, a 22-year-old Lithuanian shooter Deividas Sirvydis will join the Indiana Pacers, sources confirmed to BasketNews.

Michael Scotto of HoopsHype was the first to report about the one-year agreement.

According to BasketNews sources, this is a non-guaranteed minimum NBA contract.

If Pacers waives Sirvydis, he'll join the Fort Wayne Mad Ants based on the rules of the Exhibit 10 deal.

Indiana also holds an option to keep him on a two-way deal.

Sirvydis drew interest from several NBA, European and NBL teams after a remarkable Summer League experience, per BasketNews sources.

The Lithuanian averaged 15.5 points on 41.9% 3-point shooting in four games with the New Orleans Pelicans.

He scored 25 points (3FG: 6/10), had five rebounds and two steals in his best game against the Washington Wizards.

Sirvydis scored 17 points in games vs. the Los Angeles Lakers and Oklahoma City Thunder.

The last season, he averaged 12.5 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.2 assists in 21 G League games for the Motor City Cruise.

The 37th overall NBA draft pick played 23 games for the Detroit Pistons, averaging 1.9 points and 1.5 rebounds in 7 minutes.
