As it was reported by BasketNews, the 21-year-old signed a five-year (3+2) contract.

As BasketNews sources confirmed, Estudiantes Madrid will receive a buyout of €150k since the 1.93 m Lithuanian was under the contract with the Spanish side until 2024.

In the BasketNews LKL player survey, Giedraitis made the top 3 in both the most improved and the best defending players categories.

He averaged 8.0 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists in the Lithuanian basketball league for Lietkabelis Panevezys.

In two clutch LKL semifinals games vs. Zalgiris, Giedraitis boosted Lietkabelis to the LKL finals averaging 13.0 points, 3.5 assists, and 18.5 EFF.

Two of his best games of the season in efficiency came out against Zalgiris and Rytas (21 EFF).

He made his EuroCup debut last season with Lietkabelis Panevezys, averaging 8.6 points, 1.6 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 5.3 EFF.

Giedraitis reached his season-high 25 points against Metropolitans 92.
