Kyle O'Quinn signed a one-year deal with the Japanese team SeaHorses Mikawa, according to the official report.
"I am excited about coming to Mikawa. I am looking forward to this new challenge. I've heard great things about the team, league, and fans there. My goal is to help the team win a lot of games," said O'Quinn.
The 32-year-old big man last played for Paris Basketball. He averaged 10.5 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 2.7 assists over 19 French League games last season.
Before arriving in the French capital, O'Quinn represented Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul in 2021 and had an eight-year NBA tenure with the Orlando Magic (2012-15), New York Knicks (2015-18), Indiana Pacers (2018-19), and Philadelphia 76ers (2019-20).
The American athlete registered 5.5 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.5 assists over 15 EuroLeague games during his time in Istanbul.
He also holds NBA career averages of 5.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 1.4 assists throughout 472 matches.
