O'Neal believes that Curry is the best player in the world, in addition, he doesn't think any West team will have a chance to eliminate Curry and the Golden State Warriors next season.

Curry won his first Finals MVP and fourth NBA title last season and averaged 25.5 points, 6.3 assists, and 5.2 rebounds per game.

"Nobody [in the West] is going to beat the best player in the world Steph Curry," recently said O'Neal on The Big Podcast.

"Real ones are recognized by the championships they have. No one plays better than Steph Curry," added O'Neal.

The show co-host Kenny Smith, who is a former player and a 2-time NBA champion, agreed with O'Neal that Curry was the best player in the world last season.

"I agree. Last year he was the best player in the world," said Smith.
