Sergio Llull will miss EuroBasket 2022 due to a muscle injury he suffered in a game against Iceland.

According to the FEB's statement, Llull suffered a muscle injury during the FIBA World Cup 2023 Qualifiers game against Iceland. Although the injury is not severe, it will prevent the 34-year-old from competing in the European championship.
Last season, Llull averaged 8.5 points, 1.6 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 6.2 PIR in 37 EuroLeague games.
Spain has only one game left before EuroBasket when they'll face the Netherlands on Saturday in another FIBA World Cup 2023 Qualifiers duel.
During the EuroBasket, Spain will compete in Group A, where they'll face Bulgaria, Georgia, Belgium, Montenegro, and Turkey.
