After receiving a further evaluation, Boston Celtics' Danilo Gallinari has been diagnosed with a torn ACL in his left knee, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

This is the same ACL that Gallinari tore in 2013. The typical ACL recovery time ranges from 6-to-12 months.

A day after, the Italian Basketball Federation released an update about the player's health.

According to the official announcement, the forward suffered a meniscal injury and had to miss EuroBasket 2022.
