Coach Svetislav Pesic gave an update regarding both players' status after the last game.

"Vanja [Marinkovic] has stomach problems and we hope he will get better soon. He took medicine to solve the issue. Meanwhile, Nikola [Milutinov] will have a training on Tuesday, the first with the team after a while. We will see if he will play against Israel but no doubt he is very important to us," commented Pesic.

Marinkovic has played two games against the Netherlands and the Czech Republic at EuroBasket 2022, averaging 14.5 points, 1.0 rebound, and 13.0 EFF.

Milutinov is yet to play a match in the continental tournament as he recently joined the Serbian NT after recovering from a virus.

Serbia has already clinched its ticket to the next stage. Svetislav Pesic's men are first in Group D with a perfect 3-0 record.

Serbia faces Israel tonight, at 21:00 CEST.
