"FIBA referees are just not the EuroLeague referees," the German table official Heike Kramer tweeted on her personal Twitter account.

Soon she was removed from the table official crew for the entire competition.

"Bye bye Cologne. Unfortunately, I am no longer a table official. At first, we are not important, but suddenly we become so important that a non-judgmental tweet on a private Twitter account gets sent you home," Kramer wrote on her Twitter account.

Kramer also explained she didn't question the quality of the calls. In her opinion, FIBA referees might not be used to dealing with the NBA and EuroLeague stars.

Lithuanians were furious over the technical foul free throw that was not givenduring the tight game vs. Germany.

Per FIBA, they are not aware of this situation, as table officials are care of the local organizers (LOC).

According to FIBA, there are no such guidelines for table officials set from FIBA that would include what FIBA workers are allowed and aren't allowed to state in their private social media accounts.

"All of us at the table are qualified and have worked hard for it. We all just want to do a good job. We all work at the EuroLeague level and like to do it in our free time. We only want the best for our sport," Kramer added.

The table official also praised the German basketball federation for the organizational job.

"But FIBA is breathing down your neck, and it sucks. In this case, the German basketball federation only executes," she concluded.

In Turkey's game against Georgia, during the Korkmaz-Sanadze incident, 22 seconds were lost from the game clock, and the referees never reverted it back.

"I think you can see. The time in Turkey's game, the technical with Lithuania... There's a lot. But FIBA should do something about it. I have nothing more to say,"Luka Doncic expressed his view on officiating problemsin the EuroBasket 2022.
