Luka Doncic's 47-point performance against France dazzled the basketball world with players and leagues alike admiring his game.

Luka Doncic dropped one of the best performances in EuroBasket history today in a game against France.

The Slovenian wunderkind scored 47 points, placing himself in second place on the all-time single-game EuroBasket list, surpassing the legendary Nikos Galis.

Although the end of the match was close, Slovenia edged out a win, and the basketball world was quick to notice.

Former San Antonio Spurs guard and soon-to-be Hall of Famer Manu Ginobili praised Doncic for his performance. "Seriously Luka? 47 and a W against a team like France? Unreal!"

Former NBA player Jared Sullinger even offered some advice. "At one point, you just run two [players] at him. Stop leaving your bigs on Luka Island, it doesn't end well," he tweeted.

Current NBA players did not miss Luka's masterclass as well. Bogdan Bogdanovic, who had to miss EuroBasket 2022 due to injury, even joked about the level of the tournament.

"Yesterday Giannis [Antetokounmpo] went for 41, today Luka [Doncic] went for 47, can't wait to watch [Nikola] Jokic tomorrow," Bogi tweeted.

"47 points just like that against France, huh! With the dub too," Atlanta Hawks center Clint Capela tweeted. "Luka went crazy for real."

The biggest basketball social media accounts praised Luka, with leagues sharing the admiration for the Slovenian superstar.

Dallas Mavericks, Bleacher Report, ESPN, the NBA, Overtime, SLAM, and various other outlets joined in highlighting the performance that put Doncic in second place on the all-time single-game scoring list in EuroBasket history.
