Yabusele felt discomfort in his thigh during Tuesday's game against Bosnia and Herzegovina. He missed the last group stage match against Slovenia on Wednesday.
Although Yabusele remains uncertain for the Round of 16 game, his condition has improved since Tuesday.
"We hope he will be there [against Turkey]," said coach Vincent Collet. "It's a muscle injury. We have to wait until tomorrow. We spared him in training and did not put up any strong opposition. We remain hopeful that he will be ready to help us."
The 26-year-old Yabusele was one of the French front-runners in the group stage in Cologne. The Real Madrid forward is averaging 14.8 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 13.3 EFF over four duels.
The France-Turkey game will kick off the EuroBasket 2022 playoffs on Saturday (September 10), at 12:00 CEST.
