EuroBasket 2022 playoffs in Berlin Day 2 gets underway with a clash featuring Ukraine and Poland.

Ukraine (3-2) beat Great Britain, Estonia and Italy, while losing to Greece and Croatia in Group C, good enough for 2nd place.

Poland (3-2) meanwhile won over Czech Republic, Israel, and Netherlands, locking up their spot quickly and their losses were to an impressive Serbia side and Finland.

Poland's last appearance in the quarter finals dates back to 1997.

Ukraine have far more recent experience of making it to the quarter finals, getting there in 2013 and punching their ticket to the following year’s World Cup in the process.

The winner of this game will play Slovenia in the next round.
