FIBA EuroBasket 2022 came to an end and it's time to look at the players, who performed the best in certain statistical categories.

Giannis Antetokounmpo earns the spot as the tournament's leading scorer with 29.3 points per game across six appearances for Greece.

The Greek Freak fired in a personal best of 41 points in a group phase victory against Ukraine and posted three double-doubles before a quarterfinals exit at the hands of Germany.

Lauri Markkanen ranks second in points with an average of 27.9 points over seven matches. He proved a one-man army is a real deal, navigating Finland to a historic appearance in the quarterfinals stage where Finns had to bow down against Spain.

The new Utah Jazz signing scored 43 points in the Round of 16, as Finland overcame Croatia's resistance.

Aleksandar Vezenkov is third in this category. The Bulgarian star recorded 26.8 points throughout five duels. Unfortunately, Bulgaria fell from the competition after the first phase, losing four battles out of five.

The second member of the Big Three, Luka Doncic, captures a fourth place in EuroBasket 2022 scoring race. The Slovenian wunderkind poured in 26.0 points on average per 7 games.

Dallas Mavericks superstar posted the 2nd-highest scoring performance in EuroBasket history when he dropped 47 points against France in the group stage.

Although Slovenia looked like the favorite to win it all, Doncic and the company were forced to an early exit. Poland offered the biggest EuroBasket 2022 surprise in the quarterfinals when beating Slovenia, 90-87.

Los Angeles Lakers' Dennis Schroder had a tournament to remember. He helped lead Germany to a third-place finish with tournament averages of 22.1 points and 7.1 assists to rank in the top five in both categories.

The 29-year-old reached at least 25 points in four games -- including the last three played -- with a best of 30 points coming in the semifinals defeat to Spain.
