Stella Azzurra Roma provided their facilities for Ukrainian club Budivelnyk Kyiv to play home matches in Italy for the entire 2022-23 season.

"It's a well-known fact that Ukraine has been going through an extreme situation for some time. War inevitably affects every aspect of life, including the sporting sphere," the official announcement reads.
The Ukrainian team is already training in Stella Azzurra's facilities.
Budivelnyk Kyiv are preparing for their debut in the FIBA Europe Cup group stage.
"When we became aware of the specific BC Budivelnyk Kyiv situation, we decided to make our contribution, in the full spirit of our club's international scope," said Julio Trovato, the general director of the Italian team.
"We are proud to be able to make our resources and energy available for a season-long period of time. In such a difficult environment as the current one in Ukraine, it's very important to ensure the continuation of a sports club with continental prestige."
