The club officially announced a new two-year contract with Miroslav Raduljica.

The 2.13-meter center spent the previous year in South Korea playing for Goyang Carrot Jumpers but was released in December, 2021.

Raduljica was earlier reported to have turned down offers to play from Partizan NIS Belgrade and Crvena Zvezda to pursue his lifelong dream. He later denied the rumors.

"I train every day, more than ever," the center told earlier. "I've never been in better shape. Maybe because of age and experience, the fact that I am much more mature, more ready for some new challenges. I don't remember training this much even when I was 20 years old. I think I'm in better shape now than when I was much younger."

Crvena Zvezda start their season in the ABA League on Saturday against MZT Skopje Aerodrom. The Serbian club will battle against the reigning champions Anadolu Efes Istanbul in Round 1 of the EuroLeague next week.
