FC Bayern Munich dominated in the second quarter and denied Fraport Skyliners' comeback attempt in the fourth to take the second win in the German Basketball League (BBL) 83-74 (17-15, 20-11, 31-25, 15-23).

After leading by only two points after the first 10 minutes (17-15), Bayern started the second quarter with a whopping 16-2 run to build a 16-point lead (33-17).

The difference between the teams remained largely the same until the start of the fourth quarter when Skyliners began to battle back. With Bayern holding a 19-point advantage (70-51), the home squad went on a 10-0 run to narrow the deficit to nine (61-70).

However, it was all Skyliners managed as Bayern took control of the game once again and celebrated their second win in the BBL in three days.

Bayern newcomer Cassius Winston continued having a great start with the team, leading the game with 23 points on 7-for-12 shooting. Corey Walden bounced back from a shaky game during the weekend and added 17 points.

Joshua Obiesie was the top scorer on the Skyliners roster with 15 (5/8 FG) and 6 assists in his account.

Skyliners: Joshua Obiesie 15 (2/3 3PT, 6 AST), Laurynas Bieliauskas 13 (3/7 3PT), Martinas Geben 11 (4/7 2PT).

Bayern: Cassius Winston 23 (5/8 2PT, 2/4 3PT, 7/7 FT), Corey Walden 17 (4/6 3PT, 5/5 FT), Ognjen Jaramaz 12 (2/6 3PT, 4/5 FT), Augustine Rubit 11 (5 REB).
