The new duo might bring exciting changes to the top club competition in Europe.
"We had one meeting [with Dejan Bodiroga]. Cooperation will be more frequent and we will move forward," stated Zalgiris Kaunas' GM Paulius Motiejunas.
"We have colliding opinions between the clubs. This issue has not gone away. We need to come to an agreement among ourselves, start looking in the same direction again, and help the league grow. I think that [EuroLeague clubs'] general managers are capable of exploiting the potential," Motiejunas stressed.
Panathinaikos Athens owner, Dimitris Giannakopoulos, recently shared his view on the EuroLeague changes in the highest positions, too.
He believes that Dejan Bodiroga's arrival will produce a better product than what EuroLeague has had in the last 20 years.
