After Ben Simmons' debut with the Nets, his teammate Kyrie Irving talked about the integration of his new teammate.

Ben Simmons returned to an NBA court after a 15-month break and debuted with the Brooklyn Nets against his former team the Philadelphia 76ers.

Simmons finished the game with 6 points, 4 rebounds, and 5 assists in 19 minutes as the Nets was defeated by the 76ers 127-108.
Kyrie Irving talked about integrating his new teammate Simmons into the Nets' offense after the game.
"Anytime anybody's coming back it's going to take some time. We talked about it last media session," said Irving.
"What our responsibility is as teammates just to make the game easier. I was telling him [Simmons] at halftime, 'when you're playing with some high-level players, despite what you heard, we're going to make the game easy for you'," Irving revealed what he had said to Simmons.
"He's going to love playing with us, he's going to love going up and down the floor with us," added Irving.
Irving finished the game with 9 points (3/5 2PT, 1/3 3PT), 4 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals.
