EuroLeague injury report: big boosts for Milan, ASVEL and Virtus / News - Basketnews.com

The official EuroLeague website provides the following updates.

ALBA Berlin

Marcus Eriksson is out indefinitely due to a leg injury.

Malte Delow underwent knee surgery in August and is not ready to play yet.

Ben Lammers and Yanni Wetzell missed their team's last two games. Their status is uncertain.

After missing his team's EuroLeague opener, Jonas Mattisseck is probable against Milan.

Anadolu Efes Istanbul

Shane Larkin has a finger injury and is due to be sidelined until the end of November.

AS Monaco

Elie Okobo is questionable with an ankle injury.

Cazoo Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz

Steven Enoch will miss several games with an ankle injury, the club announced.

Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade

Ognjen Dobric is doubtful for Round 2, depending on a game-time decision, due to a leg injury.

Nemanja Nedovic is still recovering from a calf injury and will miss Round 2.

Stefan Markovic will miss Round 2 with an injured finger.

EA7 Emporio Armani Milan

Naz Mitrou-Long remains sidelined in Round 2 due to a leg injury.

Luigi Datome missed his team's last three games and will not play ALBA.

Tommaso Baldasso missed the trip to Villeurbanne in Round 1 and did not play in the Italian League last weekend.

Shavon Shields returned to action in the Italian League last weekend.

FC Barcelona

Nikola Mirotic, the EuroLeague's reigning MVP, is out indefinitely due to an Achilles tendon injury.

Kyle Kuric is sidelined due to a head injury.

Sergi Martinez is out due to a knee injury that required surgery.

FC Bayern Munich

Isaac Bonga missed Round 1 and Bayern's first two domestic games due to a foot problem.

Elias Harris has not played until now.

Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul

Nemanja Bjelica (calf) and Tarik Biberovic (hamstring) have been cleared to join team practices. Both are questionable in Round 2.

Samet Geyik will miss Round 2 with a foot injury.

After suffering a second-half injury in Round 1, Scottie Wilbekin recovered to play in his team's next Turkish League game.

LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne

Joffrey Lauvergne did not play in Round 1 but returned to action in a French League game this weekend.

Charles Kahudi (knee) did not play Round 1 and missed the last domestic game, too.

Parker Jackson-Cartwright (adductors) missed Round 1 and the last domestic game, too.

Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv

Darrun Hilliard left Maccabi's last domestic game on Saturday with a knee injury and will miss Round 2.

Olympiacos Piraeus

Kostas Papanikolaou missed a Greek League game with a knee problem and is questionable.

Joel Bolomboy left that same Greek League game with a sprained ankle. He is expected to play.

Isaiah Canaan was ill this weekend but is also expected to play against Zalgiris.

Panathinaikos Athens

Nate Wolters remains sidelined due to a knee injury.

Derrick Williams left his team's Greek League game with a thigh injury, but has traveled to Belgrade and is expected to play.

Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade

Aleksa Avramovic is out due to a hand injury and is not expected back before December.

Alen Smailagic is expected to be sidelined until December due to a back injury.

Gregor Glas is out indefinitely.

Real Madrid

Carlos Alocen is recovering from a severe knee injury and is out indefinitely.

Anthony Randolph is also sidelined due to a knee injury.

Rudy Fernandez is out for the start of the EuroLeague season because of a wrist injury.

Adam Hanga remains sidelined in Round 2 due to a leg problem.

Nigel Williams-Goss left the EuroLeague Championship Game with a foot injury and has not returned to action.

Alberto Abalde traveled to Barcelona but is questionable for Round 2.

Valencia Basket

Millan Jimenez is sidelined because of an ankle injury.

Martin Hermannsson is out with a knee injury

Virtus Segafredo Bologna

Awudu Abass is recovering from a knee injury and is not expected to play anytime soon.

Toko Shengelia is out indefinitely due to a shoulder injury.

Mam Jaiteh returned to action in Round 1.

Milos Teodosic missed his team's EuroLeague opener but is available in Round 2.

Zalgiris Kaunas

Dovydas Giedraitis is recovering from ankle surgery. He is out indefinitely.

Ignas Brazdeikis missed a Lithuanian League game on Sunday but is ready to play in Round 2.
