Thybulle has been a member of the Sixers since 2019. The 76ers received his draft rights from the Boston Celtics in a trade.
The Australian national team member registered 5.7 points and 2.3 rebounds over 66 matches last season, starting a career-high 50 times -- mostly on the strength of his ball-hawking defense.
Thybulle was named to the NBA's All-Defensive second team in 2021 and 2022.
