"I feel great, excited. I didn't get the chance I hoped for in the NBA, I'm here to show that I know how to play basketball. I'm happy that I came," he told. "A new chapter in my life starts tomorrow. I'm in a new place [where] no one speaks Spanish, it will be strange but I'm happy."
"The period in the NBA helped me tremendously. I feel physically better, stronger. All that remains is to find a competitive rhythm," the guard explained. "It will be difficult in the first practice sessions and games but I'm looking forward to the challenge."
Vildoza is the first Argentinian player in Crvena Zvezda's history and just the second in Serbian club basketball history.
The last time he played in the EuroLeague was during the 2020-21 season with Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz where he averaged 10.2 points, 2 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 1.6 steals per game.
