The first double week of the EuroLeague season starts on Tuesday with six of the nine matchups being played on the first day of the two.

In the first batch of games, Zalgiris Kaunas and Anadolu Efes Istanbul welcomed opponents at home. The Lithuanian club legend Paulius Jankunas' jersey was retired during the game in Kaunas against Virtus Segafredo Bologna, propelling the previously winless club to snatch its first victory.

Anadolu Efes, however, suffered their second defeat in a row after Chris Jones hit two clutch free throws at the end of the fourth quarter.

Next, Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul extended their winning streak against LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne. Meanwhile, Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv gave AS Monaco their first loss of the season, both in the EuroLeague and in the LNB.

Finally, two of the best coaches of the tournament - Andrea Trinchieri and Sarunas Jasikevicius - faced off in Munich where the Lithuanian specialist captured a comfortable win.

Last but not least, Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade played their first home game of the EuroLeague season against EA7 Emporio Armani Milan. After leading by 9 in the fourth quarter, the Serbian team allowed its opponents to go on an 18-4 run and lost for the third time in a row.
