Following the third defeat in four EuroLeague rounds, coach Dejan Radonjic commented on two players, who can change the picture of Panathinaikos BC Athens.

It was announced yesterday that former NBA and AS Monaco player Dwayne Bacon is joining the Greens on a two-year deal.

"I hope our entire image will be different in the next matches," Radonjic said in the press conference, after a home defeat over Mike James-led Monaco. "We talked a lot with the management and the staff and decided to move forward with Dwayne Bacon, who is a very good addition. I hope he will help us in the future."

PAO's main point guard Nate Walters has been sidelined for almost a month. The American guard was diagnosed with a hip injury on September 28 but he is expected to be back in the upcoming Greek League game against Ionikos.

"I hope he will help us on Sunday, where he will get some playing minutes. We are playing without our point guard for a month and it is very difficult. His contribution will be very important," Radonjic pointed out.

Panathinaikos are 14th in the EuroLeague table. Their next game is against Maccabi Playtika in Tel Aviv on Thursday (October 27).
