Ahead of Friday's match against FC Bayern Munich, the head coach of Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade, Vladimir Jovanovic, was asked to provide an update on the player's status. The coach emphasized the guard's health as the main thing in this conversation.

"The chances are increasing every day, but we cannot know to what extent we can use Nemanja until the very beginning of the game," the specialist told. "He is very motivated, practices well but we have to be careful. The health of the players comes first."

"Nemanja's qualities are well known, he came here to be the leader and we expect that," the continued. "That's why we want to see him on the field as soon as possible. We have to take care of his recovery, and gradually include him in the training and competition process, so that we get from him what is expected."

With Luca Vildoza arriving on the team, Jaylen Adams has been missing from the squad recently.

"He has a virus, and that's the reason why he is not with the team in practices," Jovanovic explained.

Crvena Zvezda will look to take their first win in the competition against winless Bayern on Friday. The match is scheduled to start at 19:00 CET.
